Training & User Meetings
Ongoing Assistance
Help and assistance are available on a reliable basis. Initial training is provided automatically with every system installation, training courses and workshops are held at regular intervals at our applications laboratories. Additional on-site training for existing or new operators can be provided on request.
Installation and Familiarization
During instrument installation basic operating and routine procedures are demonstrated to the nominated operators. Following familiarization, the nominated operators will receive an application specific training as follows:
Application Training
Our trainings take place in one of our training centers in Beijing, Billerica, Bremen, Fremont, Madrid, Melbourne, Paris, Shanghai, and Yokohama.

Certificates of Training
A certificate is provided in respect of each operator successfully completing the training sessions.
Our User Meetings
All customers are invited to attend one of our User Meetings, a mix of Bruker presentations, user contributions and informal discussion periods. This is the ideal interface between our customer circle and our instrument designers and applications scientists.
All user meetings are available on request for Bruker Daltonics customers.
