Abstract |

Presented is a setup for fully automated and fast screening of toxins, drugs and other kind of small molecule entities. Based on MS/MS library search, compounds can be confidentially identified in auto-MS/MS or targeted MRM runs. The fast data acquisition speed of the amaZonTM allows MS/MS with alternating polarity even in very short UPLC runs. Here, a fast gradient was used to separate a mixture of 10 drugs spiked in urine within 180 sec. Positive and negative MS and MS/MS spectra were acquired at high speed |
