Abstract

• The increase in sensitivity and duty cycle resulting from the dual funnel architecture makes it possible to see the complete sample content from a single run
• Routine and robust combined CID and ETD experiments yield complementary results which enable to map a phosphorylationsite in most cases
• The combination of an efficient phosphopeptideenrichment process with this alternated experiment has proven to be an excellent routine tool to be used in ourphosphorylationsites mapping studies
