The Spatial Proteomics workflow• provides peptide and protein distributions + IDs from tissue at 80 μm spatial resolution• assigns IDs to ~ 80 % of all peptides detected in MALDI images • may extend MALDI Imaging to FFPE tissue or the analysis of large and membrane proteins |
