Features of GenoTools

Samples are administered in a 384 well microtiter plate (MTP) format.
Multiple MTPs can be selected for a batch run.
One or multiple methods can be easily connected to each MTP with the tree view.
The progress of the automated analysis is displayed in a graphical overview of the MTP target.
SNP-Manager: Multiplex-genotyping analyses are supported.
SNP-Manager: Simultaneous usage of multiple genotyping algorithms for an optimal internal quality control is possible.
SNP-Manager: The internal quality score is displayed in a green/yellow/red colour code. The detailed genotyping results are displayed as well using another colour code.
SNP-Manager: The analysis is performed without any user interaction. If desired samples can be analysed and edited interactively.
OligoQC module: For screening approaches the oligonucleotide quality is displayed in green/red colour code. Contaminants can also be assigned.
Reports are generated in an open file format (XML, ASCII), which allows optimal integration in existing customer information management systems.
